The 527 Series Switchover is a stainless steel, pressure differential manifold designed to automatically switch from the primary side to the reserve side to deliver a continuous supply of ultra-high purity or corrosive gas. The 527 manifold switchover comes with either flexible hoses for use with one cylinder per side, or manifold connectors for use with the CONCOA 52 Series Maniflex Manifold System to increase storage capacity. The 527 may be purchased with or without a variety of options, such as diaphragm valves, manifold connectors, mini-manifold connectors, flexible pigtails, or with open inlet ports. Due to pressure differential considerations, an integral line regulator is available to maintain constant downstream pressure. Optional Altos 2TM remote alarm capability provides audible and visual warnings that a switchover is about to occur.
