Compression fittings are commonly used with metal tubing in constructing gas handling systems using tubing. They are particularly suited to high purity, high pressure, or high vacuum applications. They need no special tools, welding, or soldering and can be made and remade repeatedly. Please note that the tubing size designation in the ordering information below refers to the outside diameter of the tubing.
